Professional Training and Development
As part of our commitment to strengthening the social work profession, NASOWL organizes training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our members. From workshops to seminars, we create opportunities for ongoing learning that reflect the latest trends and best practices in social work.

Advocacy and Awareness
NASOWL is at the forefront of advocacy for social work in Liberia. Working closely with national and international partners, including UNICEF, we celebrate milestones such as International Social Work Day to showcase the profession’s impact and promote greater understanding of social work's role in society. Our advocacy efforts also include legislative outreach, aiming to establish a legal framework that will support and protect social workers.

Community Engagement
Our commitment to serving Liberia’s communities is evident in NASOWL’s public engagement initiatives. Through press conferences, radio talk shows, and panel discussions, we create platforms for conversation and awareness about critical social issues. These efforts are designed to highlight the value of social work and encourage support for the profession among the public.
